All orders require 24-48 hours for processing. At Reflections Bridal, we do not process orders during weekends or after normal business hours. Therefore, Reflections Bridal does not guarantee same day shipping.

International: 3 days-2 weeks. Special orders may have additional production and/or delivery time.

All special orders may require additional production, delivery, and/or shipping time from manufacturer. You will be notified of this via email after your order is processed. Your credit card will NOT be charged until we know your special order will get to in time for your event.
The items you are ordering are subject to availability. Most items are special order and we will notify you of the availability of your item and your approximate delivery date, via email, when your order is processed.
As stated on Reflections Bridal's website and in their physical location, there are NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any order.

Are you an established company?
Reflections Bridal was one of the first salons to begin selling designer prom dresses, pageant gowns and other special occasion gowns on the internet, and our goal is to give our internet customers the same excellent service that our brick & mortar salon offers our customers. We have the experience of working with customers in our store for many years and we now bring that same service to people all over the world through the internet.

Yes, please feel free to visit our physical location. We would LOVE to assist you. Our store is located in Harrisonburg, Virginia at 51 D Burgess Rd. We are facing Route 33 or East Market Street and are located between Shoney's and Sears.

We are a full service bridal, prom, and pageant store. In our store you will find over 1000 prom dresses from dozens of manufacturers as well as a full selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, pageant gowns, prom and wedding shoes, veils and headpieces, and a large selection of jewelry and accessories! No appointments necessary for prom or pageant. Bridal and bridesmaids try-on visit times need to be scheduled.

We have one store location in Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA, but we ship worldwide!
The manufacturers we carry may have stores in your area, however, we are not affiliated with any of those stores and would be unable to provide you with those locations. We recommend visiting manufacturer websites for store locator information.
Is Reflections Bridal an authorized retailer?
Absolutely, we are an authorized retailer for everybrand we sell here on Reflections Bridal! We ONLY sell new, authentic items that we purchase directly from the manufacturer, so you can rest assured that you are receiving genuine merchandise.
What is a "Wear Date"?
Your wear date is the date that you will be wearing your item. If your item is not available for you before this date, we will cancel your order and notify you via email. Your credit card will NOT be charged if the item is NOT available for your wear date. We realize that most people need to receive their item well in advance of their event for alterations, accessory shopping, etc. so we definietly keep this in mind when processing your order.
If you have a scheduled alterations appointment, will be leaving town to travel to your event, or simply require your dress earlier than your wear date, please feel free to list this date as your wear date. Just remember, there is lead time for special orders and we must have enough time to get the item from the manufacturer and then to you.
Help, my gown has wrinkles, what do I do?
It is very probable that your gown will arrive with some wrinkles, due to packing and shipping. Before you wear it, you may use these tips below to remove the wrinkles so your dress lays smoothly.
Steamingis the quickest and easiest option for satin, silk, chiffon, organza, tulle, most taffetas, stretch knits, beaded gowns, etc. This can be done with a steamer, an iron set on steam and held upright, or by a professional cleaner. Please be aware that some taffetas and fine silk fabrics may spot with water and you may want to have those fabrics professionally steamed. Be sure to hang the gown for easy mobility and steam the outer and inner layers as needed with long smooth movements.
Ironingis a good option for most fabrics and can be done on a regular ironing board, using a clean cloth between the gown and the iron to prevent either scorching or melting of the delicate fabrics. Set the iron on steam for faster wrinkle removal. Move the iron in smooth even motions and remember to have constant movement to avoid scorching your garment.
Hangingsome gowns will allow the wrinkles to naturally be removed from the gown. The hanging up of your gown should be done immediately upon receipt of your dress. It is especially helpful to hang your gown to be able to fluff and separate the layers of your ball gown, and gowns with crinoline skirts.
How should I store my dress?
Before and after you wearing your gown, it is important to store it properly. Hanging is generally the best method to keep out wrinkles. Be sure to use the hanger straps to hold the gown in place. To protect your gown from dust, snags, odors, insects, etc. you will want to cover the gown with a breathable garment bag. For heavy, beaded or sequined gowns, fold the gown and place the gown in a drawer to prevent the stretching of the gown due to the weight of the beads or sequins.

You may always take your gown to a trusted professional cleaner or alteration shop. Please feel free to call us if you have more specific questions about dress care.
Can you send me a Prom Catalog?
We do not have additional catalogs to mail out. For prom we do a ONE time mailing of The Cool Book. If we have any additional catalogs available after the mailing, they may be picked up at our salon. We created our online website that displays nearly every dress we have available!
Also, many manufacturers and designers do not have catalogs that are available to the consumer. If catalogs are available, they will not list the sizes available, color choices, or prices. Our website offers you all of this information.

May I rent a gown from you?
Reflections Bridal does not rent prom, pageant or any other gowns. In fact, we don't rent anything on our site. We only sell new merchandise from the original manufacturers.
Renting gowns for your special occasion is VERY risky considering the wear-and-tear on the gowns, late returns from previous weekends, failure to return from the previous week-end, fitting and alteration problems, and the possibility of damage by the previous customer. These are all things that we don't want to risk for your special day! Rental gowns usually have very limited style and fabric options and don't fit the consumer as well do to repeated alterations. Reflections Bridal offers an extensive selection of new, high quality dresses in many styles, sizes and fabrications.
